Allia Dhody is a GIA Graduate Gemologist and a native of Philadelphia. She honed her expertise in appraisal working at Freeman’s Auction House in Philadelphia as an associate specialist. The years of cataloguing and appraising gave her a special appreciation for older and estate pieces not often found in the retail market. Before working at Freeman’s Allia worked at boutique jewelry stores in the Main Line and Chestnut Hill.

Shawn O’Sullivan is Terry’s twin brother. Shawn is a GIA Graduate Gemologist and has been the Senior Gemstone Buyer and Product Development Leader for Jewelry Television (JTV), one of the world’s largest buyers and sellers of gems and jewelry. He travels the world in search of the best buys for quality gems. Shawn, like Terry, has countlessgreat stories of his adventures traveling the world and buying gemstones and jewelry.

Lauren O’Sullivan-Walter has over 15 years of experience in the Jewelry Industry. She worked for a wholesale diamond company in NYC, but eventually moved home to work with her father.
She is a GIA Graduate Gemologist, a member of National Association of Jewelry Appraisers (NAJA), and has completed Foundation in Gemology (FGA) at the Gemological Institute of Great Britain. Lauren moved to San Francisco in 2012 and runs her own company -Lauren O Inc.

Terry’s love for jewelry began at a young age and it grew deeper, stronger and even vivid as he worked
his way up in the industry. Terry has over 45 years of experience in the jewelry industry. He is a GIA Graduate Gemologist and Certified Bench Jeweler. Since 2000 Terry has been involved in doing private jewelry work, appraisals and finer jewelry work for high-end jewelers. Working with various sectors of the industry he experienced the many facets of the industry up-close and the skilled craft of the cutters, polishers, designers, craftsmen and brands. Terry makes frequent trips to New York to the Diamond District. He has traveled the world buying gemstones and creating priceless contacts. Terry knows the industry inside and out and knows how to get beautiful pieces at incredible prices. He is known for his honesty and sense of humor.
He is constantly up to speed on the market and is able to give accurate and fair numbers for appraisals.
